How to specify superior subject according to the Act on free acces to the information, part I

Abstract

The author deals with the issue of determining the superior subject for the obligated subjects after the amendment of Act No. 106/1999 Coll., On free access to information and its possible differences compared to the superior subject according to Act No. 123/1998 Coll., On the right to information on the environment.
