Persecution of the Churches by the Nazi Regime recorded in the Evidence of the International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg

Abstract

In his article, the author deals with the issue of persecution of the Catholic Church and the Evangelical Churches during the Nazi regime, which fulfilled the substance of the crime under international law and as such was considered in proceedings before the International Military Tribunal in Nuremberg.
