Abstract
A survey on new threats for liberal democracy in Europe 30 years since the collapse of communism. The onset of conservative leadars of the sort of Orban or Morawiecki is in long term less dangerous for democracy than the the attraction of new oligarchs and technocrats of power, as they can be seen in the Czech Republic or in the US.
