Abstract

The unusual name of the paper presents the case report of a patient with lower limb ischaemia. Her disease was initially misdiagnosed and concealed by another concomitant disease.

The paper also points out the benefits of sulodexide therapy and its impact on clinical signs and symptoms in our patient who wasn't eligible for further revascularization therapy
