Clinical experience in the use of the infusion fixed combination Neodolpasse (diclofenac/ orphenadrine) in the postoperative period in cardiac surgery patients

Abstract

We present five years of experience in the use of Neodolpasse(R) infusion at the cardiac surgery intermediary units of two hospitals, with case reports. Neodolpasse(R)infusion is well tolerated, the period of opioid administration was shortened and early rehabilitation initiated.

This is not a randomised study, this report is a summary of our clinical experience, appropriate indications, treatment effect and evaluation of possible side effects.
