Legal Aspects of Protection of Natura 2000 SItes in Connection with Road Construction in the Czech Republic

Abstract
The article deals with selected legal aspects concerning the protection of Natura 2000 sites, in particular with respect to planned road construction with possible negative impact on these sites. The article is mainly based on analysis of relevant legislation and case law at the level of the European Union and on its general comparison with practise in the Czech Republic.
