Abstrakt
Systemic enzyme therapy (SET) is one of suitable modalities of a supportive and palliative treatment in oncology. The use of this method has not, however, been widely spread world-wide.
Therefore, the authors give a review of information (literal data and their own experience) concerning basic principles of SET, its indications in oncology based on the results of clinical trials and experiments.
