Abstract

We used real-time quantitative PCRwith the LightCycler instrument (Roche Applied Science, Mannheim,Germany) to examine p16 deletions inchildhood ALL. The LightCycler instrument is a rapid thermal cycler that utilizes a temperature controlled air-flow for the heating and cooling of the samples.
