Abstract
The article deals with the issue of the territorial jurisdiction of judicial executor. The author gradually analyzes the current state of the legal regulation of the local jurisdiction, presents models of territoriality, as well as arguments for and against the introduction of the principle of territoriality.
In conclusion, the author summarizes the results of the analysis of the topic, stating that it is constantly evolving in the field of execution proceedings and thus brings new discussion questions and topics de lege ferenda.
