Abstract
The chapter deals primarily with these questions: What are the dimensions of the concept of authority applied to the judicial decision-making? What are the circumstances of the application of the argumentum ex auctoritate? Has our approach to the concept of authority in the judicial decision-making consequences in the theories of separation of powers?
