Abstract
An annotated selection from archive recordings of festival concerts by the legendary Italian pianist Arturo Benedetti Michelangeli. These compositions were performed on the program of the Prague Springs of 1957 and 1960: Fryderyk Chopin: Ballade no. 1 g minor op. 23 (PS 1957) and Sonate for piano b flat minor op. 35 (PS1960).
