Abstract
The article summarizes the basic attributes of the current Czech legislation and regulation within the EU, which concerns the transposition of Directive 2014/59 / EU of the European Parliament and of the Council into Act No. 374/2015 Coll. on recovery procedures and the resolution of the financial market crisis.
