Abstrakt
An article describes a future role of Artificial Intelligence in judiciary systems with a focus on the issue of whether computers can ever replace judges in their day-to-day work. The article further describes what is the role of human judges, current uses and advantages of AI adjudication as well as shortcomings that come along with the use of the artificial intelligence such as bias or transparency.
