Abstract
During the work aimed at nondelinquent self-identified people with paraphilias, new ways to reach the target group are examined. Inspiration is drawn from the foreign projects of primary prevention, mainly from Scandinavian and Anglo-Saxon regions: PrevenTell (Sweden), StopSO (UK), StopItNow! (UK, USA) a Dunkelfeld (Germany).
