Abstract
Recently, one cannot fail to notice the intensive development of new modes of transport in road traffic. Especially in larger cities, a relatively large number of e-bikes and scooters are already appearing.
These factors directly encourage the analysis of the current concept of liability for damage from the operation of means of transport in the Civil Code.
