Abstract
Erich Count Kielmannsegg represents a remarkable personality that headed the Lower Austria Governor's Office at the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries. For propagation of his ideas he used various forms of presentation.
The paper focuses on two publication that reflected his efforts to get his new principles od administrative process known to general public.
