Liquid biopsies as a tool for diagnosis and monitoring of cancer

Abstrakt

For the best timing of immunotherapy a new diagnostic tools has to be obtained for both early detection, treatment response follow up and early detection of disease relapse. The possibility could be liquid biopsies and circulating RNAs contained therein.

Our preliminary data suggest the possibility of using of extracellular RNAs for monitoring of tumor associated RNA in plasma. To discover their real potential, more patients and kinetics studies have to be done.
