Abstract
The article deals with particular basic axiological aspects of judicial decision. A thesis that an act of an aplication of law is supposed to be just and right represents a premise for further exploration.
That is built on a reflection of fundamental legal values - justice, equality and legal certainty - in a context of adjudication.
