Country report: Gender equality: How are EU laws transposed into national law? Czechia: Reporting period 1 January 2019 - 31 December 2019

Abstract

Publication provides an overview of the Czech legal system and gives answers on different questions such as gender pay gaps, pregnancy, maternity and leave, about the level of transposing the EU rules concerning gender equality and anti-discrimination measures to Czech national law.
