Conjugates on the basis of tacrine and tryptophan, a method of their preparation and their use

Abstract

The invention provides new conjugates on the basis of tacrine and tryptophan of the formula I and their pharmaceutically acceptable salts with alkali metals, ammonia or amines, or their addition salts with acids, where n is 2 to 8, R1 is O(C1-C4.)alkyl or H and R2 is H, Cl or Br, and it applies that if R1 is OCH3, R3 cannot, at the same time, be Cl. It further provides a method of their preparation and their medical use.
