Abstract

The concept of qualitative research of education and its conditions following the implementation of inclusive education in nursery schools derives from analogous research in basic schools. The basic question is what the situation in kindergartens has in common with the situation in basic schools and what is specific for them by using a matching or variant research tool, respectively.

This tool is a semi-structured interview with kindergarten educators. The results are worked out in two analytical steps - the case study and the school's pattern of thinking about common education.

From a content point of view, the research has shown a shift towards the need for greater cooperation with experts and family. The orientation of Czech kindergartens to a personalityoriented model leads to potentially therapeutic activities and the natural socialisation of children.

Educators stress the need to explain to children the difference in activities with children only if they ask.
