Motor-functional training in physical education

Abstract

The publication introduces primary school teachers to the possibility of using motor-functional preparation in physical education for various ages and performance categories. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on the didactic aspects of motor-functional training, including safety aspects.

The practical part of the work contains 160 exercises without apparatus, exercises in pairs, exercises with various hand apparatus and apparatus. More or less simple exercises in terms of coordination or physical fitness can also be used in school sports clubs.
