Language support for pre-school children is one of the key areas for developing the quality of pre-school education that European countries are currently focusing on. Timely and systemic support measures make it easier for children with OMJ to adapt in kindergarten.
From the very beginning, they make it possible to adequately support the child in his development, learning and inclusion in the group of children. The paper therefore points to individual levels, which at the kindergarten level include systemic support for long-term language support for children with OMJ.
This concerns the area of organization, planning, methods, kindergarten equipment or staff training. The paper outlines individual areas and shows examples from the pedagogical practice of kindergartens in the Czech Republic and abroad.
