Abstract
The international scientific multidisciplinary collective monograph not only seeks to analyze the current legislation in the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic, but also contains numerous suggestions for improving the current Czech legislation. This is important from the point of view of the future recodification of Czech criminal procedural law.
