Abstract
The article deals with the institute of the European Public Prosecutor and the issue of implementation of Council Regulation (EU) 2017/1939 of 12 October 2017, which implements enhanced cooperation for the establishment of the European Public Prosecutor's Office in the Czech Criminal Procedure Code.
