Each CLIL teaching unit has two educational goals of the same importance (language and content). The basic components of CLIL teaching units are the so called 4 Cs: content, communication, cognition and culture.
The invited lecture focused on selection and adaptation of suitable materials for CLIL; their availability is fundamental for larger implementation of CLIL. Guidelines for creating suitable materials and main sources of materials were presented and their advantages and dangers were analyzed.
All presented findings were illustrated by concrete examples.
