Abstract
Debates about focus of social work and concept of professionalism are present in the area of social work from beginning. The article briefly introduces the concept of Trained professionalism - where social workers gain their own concept of prefessionalims mainly form trainings, life-long education or pregradual practice.
Possibel impacts are discused as well as influence of social work field specificity as tool for maintain boundaris of social work.
