Not to permit absence of Music by children at the age of 14-15 at primary schools in any country of the EU!

Abstract

The author assesses the European (EAS) and the world (ISME) strategy in music education. He states reason why Music in the 9th year of a primary school is important in Slovakia.

He argues pedagogically, psychologically and socially.
