Abstract

The phenomenon of migration is an accompanying phenomenon of social development. The movement of the population from place to place occurs as a result of demographic development, climate change, development of production and trade - all this has always been part of human history, as well as the formation of nations and the rise of states and empires, political conflicts or wars.

Migration research is gaining prominence as part of multidisciplinary research involving both international relations, political economy, geography, and social studies. The study of migration needs an interdisciplinary approach.

One of the source regions of migration is the MENAP area.
