On the constitutionality and legality of anti - epidemic measures in spring 2020

Abstract

In this text, the author tried to analyze the constitutional conformity and possibly also the legality of the legal instruments used, ie laws, crisis measures of the government and extraordinary measures of the Ministry of Health in relation to the pandemic.
