Several Remarks on Collective Agreement under the Civil Service Act

Abstract

The paper is focused on selected issues related to a collective agreement under the Civil Service Act. The author deals especially with applicability of the Labour Code, parties to the collective agrement and rights and duties that may be regulated by the collective agreement.
