Recommendation of the Czech Society of Clinical Biochemistry and the Czech Myeloma Group to laboratory diagnostics of monoclonal gammapathies

Abstract

The recommendation does not aim to address clinical indiacations. The aim is to contribute to the comparable approach of the analytical and post-analytical laboratory testing of the laboratory diagnostic parameters of monoclonal gammopathy.

These tests are often crucial for further treatment of the patient, and the timeliness of treatment also depends on the requirement to be tested.
