Compensation and measures adopted during the pandemic

Abstract

The crisis measures adopted in connection with the COVID-19 pandemic have in many cases, among other things, limited the private property rights and caused damage. This automatically raises the question of whether our legal system enshrines the right to compensation for these restrictions, or more precisely the right to claim for damages.

The starting point for the presented paper is the fragmentation of the legal regulation of the subject matter, which complicates the orientation in these standards.
