Abstract
The article deals with the topic of issuing an order, The article deals with a special type of proceedings on misdemeanors - injunction proceedings. It analyzes the conditions for issuing an order in proceedings on misdemeanors and compares the regulation in the Misdemeanor Act with the regulation of issuing a criminal order in the Criminal Procedure Code.
