Abstract
The paper deals with selected problems of the proceedings for administrative offences with juveniles. It briefly summarizes the development of legal regulation, characterizes the position of a juvenile accused in the administrative offence proceedings.
It analyzes selected procedural differences contained in the Act of administrative offences, e.g. oral hearing and the presence of a juvenile at it, the public or non-public oral hearing, the administrative order in administrative offence proceedings with juvenile.
