Coronavirus as a reason for forgiveness or a discount on rent for business premises?

Abstract

One of the authors considered the effect of coronavirus on contractual relationships several days after the first cases of infection in the Czech Republic were confirmed. In the end, some possible quarantine measures announced at the time did not take place (eg the compulsory closure of large production plants), while the scope and duration of other bans exceeded many expectations.
