Abstract
A book of interviews with actors of Czech educational policy. All interviews are connected by a single central topic: Success for every pupil.
On the one hand, the content of the interviews across the book is similar in many ways, on the other hand, each of the respondents emphasizes other elements that he considers to be key. The order of the interviews is determined by how they were published in the journal Řízení školy (School Management), so there is no hidden intention in their order, so the topic of technology in teaching is followed by teacher development, after the topic of physics you can find an interview about teaching modern history.
