The fight against stereotypes as a new dimension of European anti-discrimination law

Abstrakt

This paper deals with the problem of stereotyping from the perspective of European human rights and anti-discrimination law. It briefly highlights the legal framework for combating stereotypes and relevant case law on anti-discrimination.

The major goal is to point out conceptual and practical difficulties related to the legal fight against stereotypes.
