Abstract
The paper focused on the amendment to the Business Corporations Act (hereinafter referred to as the "BCA"), specifically § 82 (6) of BCA in the wording effective from 1.1.2021, which newly stipulates that business secrets are stated in the report on relations to a reasonable degree of generalization, which corresponds to the purpose of the report on relations.
