Abstrakt
This paper's subject is closely related to the conference theme: Research in Tourism Industry. Treating the subject, the author relied on her vast experience in managing health-care & social NGOs and pursuing other activities in developing countries.
The paper deals with volunteering as a phenomenon changing in time. Supported by an already completed research, it highlights the growing interest that Czech people of both working age ("workers'' below) and retired age ("seniors" below) take in this activity,
