Abstract
Background: the author examines the educational needs of workers included in international teams. The subject was chosen in view of the fact that the process of globalization obviously requires long-lasting intercultural cooperation.
The countries of the world are becoming in-creasingly interdependent and the world is growing more and more integrated. The nations are engaged in intercultural communication and the individuals are confronted with a multitude of worldviews and their interpretations.
