Abstract
The article entitled Labor Market in the Slovak Republic and in the Czech Republic focuses on the analysis of labor markets in Slovakia and the Czech Republic, their comparison allows to define the main similarities, but also differences. The text focuses on the individual systemic structures of the labor market of both countries.
The employment, unemployment and economic activity rates are given. Furthermore, the text focuses on the passive policy of the state in the level of employment and the possibility of financial support.
