The influence of fitness programs focused on the increasing of muscle strength on the stability of the shoulder joint in recreational athletes

Abstract

Executing strengthening and body shaping is a particular and most known facet of fitness programs today. There should be no increase of undesirable asymmetries in joint's components in optimal training but keep these demands could be relatively difficult particularly, if the individual performing exercises without professional.

Therefore, during the training of the development of muscle strength in the area of the arms and shoulder joint, there may be undesirable effect, especially on the stability of the shoulder girdle. There are many factors influencing the stability, such as presence of professional in lesson, manner of resistance, presence of professional in lesson, social-interactional forms (individual or group training) and frequency of lections.

The aim of this research is to assess shoulder joint stability in participants of various fitness programs with relation to increasing of muscle strength.
