Abstract
Histological analysis of structural propeties of human aorta can help to understand its delamination properties. Results of histological analysis will be compare with results of mechanical analysis.
In this part of project, we suggested methodology for histological processing and evaluation which will be investigated at three different locations: ascending aorta (AsA), thoracic aorta (TA), and abdominal aorta (AbA).
