Czechoslovakia and the Holy See V. The Era of Nuncio Pietro Ciriaci

Abstract

This monograph analyses the key trends in the relationship between the Holy See and Czechoslovakia at the beginning of the second decade of the Czechoslovak Republic, at the time when Monsignor Pietro Ciriaci was the Vatican's Nuncio to Czechoslovakia. It reflects upon the results of three years of research in the archives in the Vatican, Czech Republic and Slovakia and is part of the editorial series focused on Czechoslovak-Vatican relationships.
