An unfortunate change in the law on the assessment of environmental impact

Abstract

The author describes the changes brought about by an amendment to the Law on Assessment of Environmental No. 436/2009 Coll. Above all, the exclusion procedure in deciding the extension or renewal of the opinion to assess the effects of implementing the project on the environment of the procedural regulation for assessment of projects on the environment.
