Analyzes of the data obtained at the school show that pupils in the 4th and 5th grades are purposefully guided to the right patterns of communication and cooperation within the year during the assessment in a circle. The included activities support good communication habits, peer learning and cooperation, which, in the opinion of teachers, facilitate teaching and help a good school climate.
Pupils' self-assessment is supported at least five times a day during the morning presentations, within the centers of activities in heterogeneous groups, recommendations and evaluations and final reflections. The student's self-reflection is encouraged during the written evaluation of his / her work.
Thanks to the thorough preparation of teachers and close cooperation with parents, the school succeeds in continuous short-term, medium-term and long-term self-evaluation of pupils. Evaluation and planning of personal growth of pupils in the 4th and 5th grade is solved together at a meeting called Triad consisting of pupil, parents and teacher.
The aim of the meeting is to take over the responsibility of the pupil for further education.
