Abstract

This article deals with situations in which health professionals fulfill the legal duty to provide information to the authorities of social and legal protection of children, public health protection authorities and other entities, especially courts in civil proceedings. Listed are also the situations in which other subjects are informed with a view of ensuring follow-up care for the patient.
