Is the use of a dynamic biometric signature contrary to the GDPR?

Publication at Faculty of Law |
2019

Abstract

The text draws attention to a problem which has frightened many long-standing operators of dynamic biometric signatures and which consists in one, purely individual decision of the Office for Personal Data Protection. It was issued in not very clear circumstances and did not pass the test either in the form of appeal proceedings, or in particular in the form of judicial review.

At the same time, it is a notification of a detailed analysis prepared by the authors of this exhibition, which will be published in the September issue of the Advocacy Bulletin.
