Legal consequences of breach of fiduciary duties

Abstract

The article deals with fiduciary duties, i.e. duty of loyalty and duty of care, in connection with fault, i.e. intent or negligence, and the consequences of their breach (violation), including unlawful conflicts of interest, consisting in liability for damage and unjust enrichment.
